Our process varies depending on the type of damage done to your vehicle, but don’t stress, we’ll handle everything from beginning to end.
door dings
Stop by the shop anytime during business hours! We’ll go over your vehicle with our special PDR light to thoroughly check every inch, and will follow up with a FREE ESTIMATE.
We will then schedule a time to come back and knock out the repairs. For minor damage, it usually only takes a few hours. For more extensive damage, it may take a couple of days. After everything is good as new, we can even bring your vehicle back to you!

minor body damage
Your only job in this scenario is to first contact your insurance agent to file a claim. Once we have your claim number in hand, we take care of the rest.
We’ll do the initial assessment with our PDR light. We will then write up the estimate with pictures attached, and submit it to the insurance company for approval. Once approved, we will schedule a date for the repairs.
Hail dent and minor body damage repairs must be done at either our shop or at one of the shops we collaborate with in San Angelo, TX. We will return your vehicle after the repairs are complete, which typically takes 1–3 days.

paint repair
If there is chipped paint or damage we can’t fix via PDR, you will receive your car back in 7–14 days (dependent on the body shop queue). We work hand in hand with several body shops in San Angelo, TX for these repairs.

If there are any flawed spots after the repair is complete, we always point them out to ensure it’s not an issue. Surprisingly, this is not a common practice in the industry.
